Soul Connect Membership — Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between you (the member) and Soul Connect (Citrine Business Development LLC) regarding your ongoing membership in the Soul Connect community.

By enrolling in Soul Connect, you agree to the following terms:

1. Membership Overview

Soul Connect is a spiritually-centered membership community designed to support your personal growth, intuitive development, and sense of connection. Members receive ongoing access to live events, resources, and a private community space in exchange for a monthly membership fee.

This is a recurring subscription that will continue until cancellation.

2. What’s Included

As a Soul Connect Member, you will receive:

- Unlimited access to all live virtual Soul Connect events each month

- Free registration using your exclusive member code (sent via email upon joining)

- Access to replays and recordings of select events

- Entry into our private Facebook community to connect with fellow members

- Monthly themed topics, spiritual discussions, and live gatherings

- Exclusive resources including meditations, journal prompts, and intuitive tools

- Opportunities to attend special guest speaker sessions and seasonal workshops

3. Billing & Cancellation

- Membership is billed monthly with the agreed upon rate at the point of booking via automatic payment.

- You may cancel at any time through your account or by emailing support.

- Once cancelled, access to member benefits will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.

- No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

4. Event Participation & Recordings

- Most Soul Connect events are recorded for community members to access later via replay.

- By participating in live sessions, you acknowledge and consent to being recorded.

- Breakout rooms and personal shares may not be included in the final recordings to respect privacy.

- If you prefer not to appear in recordings, you may keep your camera off and name anonymized during sessions.

5. Code of Conduct

We are a heart-centered and inclusive community. By joining, you agree to:

- Engage respectfully with fellow members and facilitators

- Keep all personal shares confidential outside the community

- Avoid self-promotion or unsolicited offers unless invited

- Create a safe space for all by honoring diverse identities, beliefs, and experiences

- Refrain from discriminatory, harmful, or judgmental behavior

Violation of these guidelines may result in suspension or removal from the community without refund.

6. Content & Community Space

- All resources, materials, and event recordings provided within Soul Connect are for personal use only.

- Content may not be shared, sold, or distributed outside the membership without written permission.

- The Facebook group is for connection, inspiration, and learning—not for sales, recruitment, or unsolicited messaging.

7. Changes to Membership

Soul Connect reserves the right to update offerings, pricing, or platform structure with 30 days’ notice to members. Your continued membership after any updates constitutes agreement to those changes.

8. Agreement

By signing up for Soul Connect, you acknowledge that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to these terms. This is a sacred space, and your energy, participation, and presence matter deeply. Thank you for being part of our growing collective of intuitive, compassionate, and curious souls.
